The location from a major train station was great! So convenient to tour around the city, and then a direct Airport Skyline straight to Narita Airport made our stay at this location extremely convenient and made our time in Tokyo very efficient.
Without a doubt, the best part about this accommodation was the staff. They were so helpful and so sweet, and made our stay very memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The service, the food, the room and the location were top notch! We booked the room with a private onsen and we loved it! The room was very comfortable and everything was new and in very good condition! We had breakfast and dinner included, which is highly recommended and necessary since there is nothing nearby to eat. The buffet offered a very good variety and a good mix between western and oriental food. Everything was very tasty and of very good quality! Regarding the facilities, we did not try the public onsen since we had the private one in the room but it was very comfortable and with water from real hot springs! The location is very good, you can easily access everything there is to do in Hakone! (It is necessary to book a transfer with the hotel itself to get there from the main train station, since it is somewhat complicated to get there by public transport)
