Overall, the hotel was great. Rooms are quite big. We had the view of the park. Toiletries and PJs were provided. I personally loved that it’s one station away from Nagoya Station so I don’t have to deal with the crowds (I try to avoid this stn 😊). Staff were courteous and helpful. Loved our stay here. We will definitely choose to stay here again :)

Welcoming and friendly stuff that was very helpful with accommodating my wishes. I explained to them how important it was to me to have a room facing a certain view and they were helpful and arranged it for me. I was so pleased about the customer service that I extended my stay by 4 more nights. I recommend this place. it is also extremely conveniently located right across the street from the Nagoya train station.
