10/10! I believe that this is the best hotel in Shinjuku!

The massage chair in the room was game changer after walking all day. Also had a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower! The restaurant was also good! It was a great location, super close to the train. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Tokyo.

Central in Odaiba, close to the Yurikamome line. Have lots of amenities that they offer, shuttle bus to Tokyo Fisney Resort & amazing staff ready to help whenever I needed some help. Bonus is that there’s a lawson in the 2nd floor.

Excellent location. The room was a good size. The staff were very courteous & helpful and gave good restaurant recommendations. I would definitely go back again.

Great location and the room was spacious. The hotel is across the metro station and the room, we stayed at a doble bed bedroom was spacious.

Very near to both jr line and yurikamome line. Just 30minutes direct to shibuya. The breakfast are very good with a lot of buffet menus

Convenient! Right by Oshiage station that has a direct access to Narita , sky tree and Life supermarket on the first floor.

Excellent location in the middle of two subway stations, and it is very close to walk to Tokyo Dome. You also basically have a Starbucks and three convenience stores within and out of the hotel. The family rooms in the East Wing were more than spacious compared to Japanese hotels. The laundry room has a lounge and you’re able to check which ones are being used in your room’s TV.

Amazing hotel! The location is central but perfectly quiet at night, stores, station and restaurants all around the area. The room was really clean and quite big in comparison with other hotels in Tokyo. The breakfast was also exquisite with generous portions and variety! Overall an amazing place to stay!

The room was so cute, we stayed here for a Galentines event and it felt like I was in a Bronte novel. The bed was comfy and so were the pjs they had. The dresser was cute and so was the writing desk. They have parking via reservation and can store luggage for you. You can check in early for a fee. All of the check-in staff were professional and accomodating. Probably one of the best customer service experiences for me at a hotel.

Great location, close to Nakata cho station. Wonderful view, standard room was so big and comfortable.

Stunning garden especially if you lucky enough to get there while Sakura is blooming or when the leaves are red. But in any season you will find peace in the garden. Great location, easy to get access to the surroundings, very good number of restaurants within the hotel and in walking distance to the hotel. Clean and quiet rooms. Really enjoyed the stay in the hotel second time.

Overall everything, in particular, the garden of course

The entire hotel from the first floor all the way to the reception area was beautiful. If you drove up there, they also have parking INSIDE the hotel. It’s amazing.

Great room size for Japan standard really quiet and confortable and with good amenities like free bottled juice and water, skin care products. It's located close to the Akasaka metro station so has great access. The breakfast buffet it really good with variety of quality dishes.

The room size is comfortable for two adults and two little kids. Rare hotel in tokyo provides baby bed for infant. Even we had a baby bed, there is still enough space for luggages, chairs, and the table. We had space to take a break with a cup of tea or coffee, no need to sit on the bed. On the other hand, the room has excellent view of 千鳥ヶ淵, it’s pitty that we’re not in sakura season, I believe the view in sakura season will be amazing.

Breakfast is very tasty and location is great :) Very nice staff, helpful and friendly.

Very good location, 5 mins walk to Sensoji and 3 mins walk to Donki Jote and many good restaurants are around there too. The view from room is stunning!!!!! The room is very comfortable.

The room was very comfortable with enough space and a nice bathroom. The location was just off the main street in Ginza which was very convenient. The staff at the Front Desk was typical Japanese with a strong focus on service - well done!

I have stayed here once before and loved the place, so returning to Japan, I was always going to be staying here for a period of time. Breakfast was as good as I remembered from my previous stay. Sadly, I didn't enjoy this trip as much as the previous one due to being sick. That said the staff were fantastic in assisting my father and I contact a doctor who could speak English so we could get an appointment. I wish I knew the name of the staff member who helped so I could send a personal thank you to them. The location in Asakusa is one of the best. Rooms are very comfortable. Whilst it does not have washing machines, there is a laundromat nearby.

Comfortable beds - not firm - exactly how we prefer it. Spacious room for 2 adults + 2 teens + 6 big pieces of luggage. The bathroom has a huge round tub, separate from the shower area. Grand lobby, IG-worthy. Park view. Fast wifi. Location is in the quieter part of Shinjuku, along other 5-star hotels in the area. Hotel provides free shuttle to Shinkuju station, abt 5mins travel. Walking to the main station takes 10mins. Hotel also has airport buses to haneda and narita for a minimal fee of about less than 2k yen per person. Highly recommended for families

The staff was amazing and always polite. Location is close to shopping district and restaurants. Also convenient to have Lawson right next door.

Loved the view of the Tokyo Tower from our bathroom! Room was the perfect size and super quiet. Enjoyed walking to the Ginza shopping area and the old fish market.
