Great rooms, super comfortable rooms treated with love and lots of small touches by hotel cleaning staff daily. Lots of interesting architectural and interior details in the foyer, and the buffet breakfast was very good. Shuttle bus to Umeda v.frequent, lovely river view and proximity to a different, more relaxed Osaka.

Amazing place. The workers here are so lovely and friendly and made me and my boyfriend feel super accommodated. We really looked forward to coming back to our lovely room every evening. The facilities are fantastic plus all the added touches like a hand written note on the table on our arrival. Could not recommend enough.

We booked a room with a castle view and it was absolutely amazing. The cityscape we had was incomparable. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Check out isn’t until noon which is unusual these days and we enjoyed having an extra hour in the morning to relax. The reception staff and bellboy were lovely. The location is excellent - a ten minute walk from the castle and well connected to the rest of the city by Osakajo station which is 2 mins walk from the front door.

10 minute walk to the airport which is good, whole reason for my stay. Room was huge! I did not know it was a love hotel when I booked until I arrived in my room and saw that facilities… HOWEVER room was lovely, room has a jacuzzi ofc and also hair dryer, curler and straightener which was great

Great location for exploring Osaka nightlife, lovely manager as everyone says, double rooms on 9th floor are big and have all sorts of quirky features including a jacuzzi bath with a TV and a massage chair. It’s all a bit of a 1980 time warp inside but remarkably quiet for such a busy spot

We didn't know the hotel was Minion themed so that was a lovely surprise.
The location is perfect for attending Universal Studios. Easily reached with 2 minute walk from the train station. The little shop on foyer and Lawsons across the road were very convenient.
We walked through the rear exit and straight onto the Ferry dock to go to Legoland and the Aquarium.
We upgraded to a family Bunk room and the kids loved it!! The cute sunken table was a big hit , as was the view into Universal.
A great stay! Would stay again.

Checking into Hotel She is like checking into a really chill, relaxed nightclub. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are lovely. The rooms are snug but not teeny tiny, the bed is extremely comfortable and I loved the record player! I particularly liked the Petrichor bathroom products and the art on the bed cushions - so much so that I asked the staff if I could buy a set!
The hotel is an easy ten minute walk from Bentencho station.

Very friendly and helpful front staff, lots of free stuff and perks that came with the room. Comfortable bed, jacuzzi and massage chair were lovely. We were quite satisfied for what we paid. Location was great, right next to the station, lots of stuff happening around.
