The property is located outside the town, in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The owner Franjo is very nice and approachable, and he can offer a lot of suggestions regarding where to go, what to do, where to eat... Guests can borrow bicycles and there are many toys, swings and bikes for children around the house, which our daughter appreciated a lot.

Guesthouse S provides air-conditioned rooms in Luče. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge.

Beautiful location - the view from the windows is like a fairytale. The room was not very big, but comfy, nicely decorated, clean. Liked the infra-red light near the shower ;). Spa zones are very calming, comfy chairs to relax by the fireplace, three different saunas to choose from, and a beautiful pool with the view. Perfect spot to put your gadgets away and to relax. Read some complaints about the restaurant, well we disagree - the food was delicious, and for the dinner containing 4 meals per person (plus lunch we didn't use) price tag of 50 eur is fair enough. Will definitely recommend this hotel ;)

As a host myself i always try to leave an objective and realistic review. This accomodation exceeded our expectations and it offers everything that we were looking for. A beautiful slovenian chalet in a perfect private location with stunning views. Julija was very helpful and kind and she even let us check in early. Everything in the house was working and we really enjoyed our stay.

The cabins and ground were amazing. Even though the resort was very empty the staff still provided all services for us and ensure we had an amazing stay. The restaurant also makes some delicious dinners!

The host was wonderful, helped us a lot and gave wonderful tips and explanations. The food at the restaurant was great as well. The room is indeed modest but you get what you paid for. The shared showers and bathrooms were clean and convenient. Great for a short stay in the area.

We made a Tour in 7 locations (hotels/glamping/camping) and this one was the best. We stayed in one of the glamping small houses and we liked it a lot. The hosts are something else, very welcoming, helpfull and make you feel like home and very good.
