The welcome at the front desk had enthusiasm and energy with sincere message thank you for coming. The gift bag was a very nice touch. We had an added bonus of tacos for dinner as well as the breakfast.

Good location with great restaurants within walking distance or short Uber ride. Great walkable neighborhoods nearby and Wicker Park only 2 blocks away. Good shopping with small boutiques and well known stores all within walking distance. The hotel has great amenities (free water, soda,beer in the mini fridge), robes and slippers. The room was lovely with large windows to let in light, a marble top table for working or eating and a good size bathroom.

Actually perfect! We just stop over on the way from Asia to do a little shopping and frankly there was no fault to the hotel at all. It was absolute perfect. The room, the location the staff and the restaurant were all exactly what we needed. Having stayed at several of the other local Hotels in the past I was pleasantly surprised at the value and service this Hotel offered. I will stay again!
