The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice. The bed was extremely comfortable, I really really loved the spaciousness of the walk-in shower. The water pressure was also perfect, it was honestly the best shower I have ever had. The really enjoyed the breakfast. I also really liked that you get three vouchers for three adult beverages when you check-in, although I did not use them. It was my first time staying here, and it won't be my last. 10/10 would recommend if you plan on visiting Cleveland.

The welcome at the front desk had enthusiasm and energy with sincere message thank you for coming. The gift bag was a very nice touch. We had an added bonus of tacos for dinner as well as the breakfast.

I really like this hotel. it’s amazing! I stayed here before, and this is my second time. The rooms are quite large, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, and the view is beautiful. Parking is open and always available. The staff are friendly, especially Ms. Diane, who made my stay even more pleasant.
