We stayed in Orchid Classic 2 (there are different cruise ships of the same company). Beautiful ship, nice view from our balcony, clean and comfortable room! Everything was well organized: we had relaxed day trips, good food and great service (especially our waiter LyLy was great knowing all our preferences and allergies).

The setting of Ha long Bay is incredibly beautiful. I had been worried it might have been too crowded or too commercial but it wasn’t at all. We anchored away from other boats. The rooms are luxurious and the staff are exceptional. The food was 10/10. The excursions were well a well chosen mix of caves, climbs, bamboo boats, pearl farming and floating village

Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant offers great food and very reasonable prices. The staff was absolutely nice and professional, making the place feel of a high quality. The room was very comfortable, the bed was big and comfy, the bathroom was very good, the chair and other mobiliary of very good quality. If you want a place to stay the night before or after your cruise, this is a great option! I didn't see the pool or the beach, so I can't speak of it.

Such a beautiful stay. The staff were lovely and food was so fun and good. The room was the best part. Everything was new (the boat itself was built 2017) and felt very regal. The spa bathtub was the best!!

We booked the 3 days and 2 nights package. I would highly recommend this rather than just one night. The boat you stay on sails out to the bay and then doesn't move until the return, the second day includes a wonderful day trip to really see the area. cannot thank the staff enough for an excellent experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. It was so easy to organise with Anna. The cost may seem slightly higher than some of the others, but honestly it is so worth it. The food was delicious, particularly the breakfast. I really liked having everything organised for us from a single point of contact.

We absolutely loved our stay with Rosa Cruises from the communication prior to the trip, to pick up from our hotel, boarding the boat and throughout the entire cruise! The staff was amazing! Food was good! Our suite #308 is the best room onboard! It was huge, just outside is the pool, and we had a beautiful view from 3 large windows and even in the jacuzzi! Our balcony was peaceful and circle bed was comfy! Don’t need to look anywhere else! Book this room! For 1/3 of the price of the other luxury cruises, you can enjoy this Ha Long Bay cruise!
