Breakfast is absolutely amazing!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything from the room and breakfast to the staff was just amazing. Everything was super clean and comfortable, the room was spacious with a balcony and clean, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was really good, with so many options and very tasty coffee. It is held from 7:30 to 10 in the morning, so you have quite a lot of time to go and get it. The staff was very helpful and nice. They explained everything to the slightest detail and helped with everything that we needed. Huge thanks to one of the staff members that greeted us, a younger guy with longer hair and beard (unfortunately, we didn't catch his name). He was helpful and so kind, made us feel welcome and made the whole experience wholesome. The location of the hotel is also great, the bus stop is right in front of it, the trolleybus stop is a 2 minute walk away and the metro station is around 10 minute walk from it (station for blue metro line - Lavov most). And the city center is around 1.2 km away from the hotel, which is awesome. The location felt really safe. The view from the hotel and the neighbourhood surrounding it is not very pleasant on the eyes, but it was interesting to see that part of the city as well. Overall, everything was really amazing and we would highly recommend everyone to stay here. If we ever come back to Sofia, we will most certainly stay here again. 😊

Very close to Central Railway station and Buss station

It is very comfortable that you can park your car there for a couple of days while you are travelling outside the country. The parking is paid, there are options to park outside or inside the hotel, you can book it online or when arriving at the hotel. And you can use their airport shuttle even if you do not stay at the hotel, but only park your car. Shuttle is available 24/7.

The location is ideal. Rooms very clean and specious. Bathrooms the same. Breakfast had everything. The reception staff id everything they could to accommodate us - we arrived just before midnight.

Location was convenient and breakfast was also served on time with good food.

handsome guy at front desk was kind and friendly helped me when I had an accident with my leg, and I'll never forget that. I was I the room with costume beds and curtains "de Lux"? and it was clean and the bed super comfortable. the price was good too.

Wonderful garden which makes you feel that you are in lovely park instead of city. It is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great too. I will come back to this place on my next Sofija visit Spa is superb

Again spot on service. Todor is a great receptionist and very knowledgeable. Check-in is super easy and the location of the hub rooms is great. The room was sparkling clean and WiFi good. No complaining on that side.

Central city location with complementary SPA access

I only spent a night there but i wish i could stay more!They upgrated my room upon arrival, which was a very nice surprise! The receptionists were very friendly and accomodating the whole time. Also, I booked with breakfast, but i had an early flight and asked if they could provide a breakfast package. They did happily, which was much appreciated!

The hotel is a bit old but really great for the price. The location is unbeatable and the rooms are very big. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, but if you need a spacious clean please in the city center, I would definitely recommend it.

I liked the location, close to transportation, but on a quiet sidestreet. I stayed in room 501 so I had a good view and also saw the snowy mountain top. Clean and modern looking hotel. Breakfast was fine and had a basic selection of food.

No complaints about this hotel, I will book it again in the future. Nice rooms (business room and the apartment booked both)

Low cost. Strong shower. Comes with free breakfast.

Everything was exeptional. Very big, comfortable and very well equipped room with terrace, very kind personnel, and very, very good and very, very rich open buffet for breakfast. Simply, pure 10 because it is the biggest score, I can not give 11.
