We loved the pool area my kids really had fun. The Lobby was incredibly beautiful even if it looked classic, however the hallway going to the room in the ground floor looks old and dirty and some of the things inside the room. I suggest this property needs a total renovation and upgrade.

Location was good. The hotel is new, the beds very comfortable and a clean room. Our room phone and coffee maker didn’t work properly. First day breakfast was ok, but two coffee dispensers completely out, kitchen was locked, no other employee had a key to gain access. Second day, ran out of food and took a long time to replenish so daughter and I ended up going to McDonalds. Overall the staff friendly, very good security, but employees are slow to engage.

It is right on the Main Street, easy to get to. Room was big and bed was comfy enough. Front desk staff was very pleasant.

The location was good...allowing to walk to some of the other resturants and services in the area. Pick up and drop off location was good. Thankful to be able to change our booking due to weather. Had a quiet area for my room.

The staff were ok. The room clean. Disappointed there was no restaurant open for breakfast the following morning. Long, long corridors for a wheelchair. The doors were very difficult to open for a wheelchair. Disappointed overall.
