The staff were fantastic! They assisted us with last-minute excursions, suggested a short program tailored to our needs, and customized our meals just as we wanted. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. 4o

We loved this stay! We had a clean and bright family room (perfect for 3-4), convenient location for sledding (you’re already at the top of Niederhorn!), easy access to rental equipment, free transportation to/ from Beatenbucht with stay. Very quiet in the evening after tourists leave on the last gondola, dinner available for pay for overnight guests. Although we were slightly concerned about shared bathroom and shower facilities, there were plenty for all guests and they were very clean.

Plenty of space in the unit. Balcony views were picturesque. Appliances all worked and rooms were clean.

It was an easy check-in and the staff at Dorint were courteous. They did, however, made sure that if we had any complaints about the apartment, we have to contact the owner. We could have enjoyed their swimming pool and sauna but our active schedule did not allow it. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had ingredients we found very useful for food preparations.

I recently had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it's the best place I've experienced in Switzerland. From the moment I arrived, the managers, Dany and Linda, offered the warmest welcome I've ever received, making me feel like part of the family rather than just a guest. The hotel exudes a cozy atmosphere, filled with delightful aromas that enhance the overall experience. Its location is simply stunning, perched above the clouds and just a 15-minute bus ride to Interlaken West Station. On clear days, the views of Lake Thun are breathtaking, and the sunsets are nothing short of magical. At night, the starry sky is extraordinary due to the minimal light pollution—truly a sight to behold. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options, including plenty of vegetarian choices. I can’t recommend this hotel enough; it’s the perfect blend of comfort, stunning scenery, and warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return in the spring to swim in the beautiful lakes of Thun and Brienz. A huge thank you to Dany and Linda for making my stay so special!

Location. The mountain and lake view was marvelous. Across from the tourist center and bus stop was perfect for convenience and extremely helpful at the end of a long day of touring.

We could do how we wanted it. Stay in a place where I could prepare my food myself.

Absolutely stunning views and such a cozy property. Beds were firm and comfy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking. Very quiet and serene for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely stay here again!

The best accommodation you can find! The apartments are very nice, the view is amazing. There was literally EVERYTHING you might need during your stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. There's a very tasty coffee provided by hosts. Owners are super nice and welcome. There are lots of booklets and brochures in the apartments, in case if you are looking where to go or what to do (you are also getting a discount card from hosts) If you are booking this place, then you found GOLD!
