United StatesFirst time stay. I was in a private single room, so cannot comment on the dormitory situation. My room was extremely quiet, and very comfortable. Solid concrete walls so could not hear anyone else. Handy personal safe in the room. Very nice crew on the front desk - ready to answer any travel questions about the area and make recommendations. Breakfast was good - continental as advertised but enough to start your day. Need a couple more toasters though; seemed someone always waiting! Great location - can walk easily to either main train station. Wifi was good enough for YouTube and FaceTime connections. I would recommend this place and plan to stay again on a future visit.

The room is very spacious and large. Kitchen is usable with microwave and stove. Location is close to a bus stop for convenience to the train station or trails around town. View is great from the room.

No8 was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights while exploring the Jungfrau region. The rooms are small but you have what you need. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants in the evening, accessing shops, or hopping on the train.

Communication with hosts was great and self-check in was convenient and very easy. Rooms were clean and spacious, and hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of 2 train stations and lots of restaurants. There was a communal kitchen that appeared well-equip and very clean. Luggage storage was available. There's also an associated cafe/ wine-bar which served a really good breakfast and coffee.

The location is perfect! 👍🏻 just minutes away the Interlaken West Bahnhof and the supermarket.
The family room is very clean and enough for all of us 4.
The whole facility itself is awesome.You have a kitchen complete with everything you need, not to mention the free coffee machine you can use.
There is a free voucher for coffee in their bistro which is also a nice gesture.
In general it is really a nice stay and worth the money.

The house has a spacious living and dining area. There are two bathrooms; one is located downstairs. The kitchen needs an uplift to match the rest of the house, though everything is functional. We had a minor issue with the hot water system, but a quick phone call to the owner solved the problem.

Very nice location. The self check in process was a little tricky on a smartphone, but once checked in everything worked perfectly for us and we had no issues. The room was a good temperature in February and the beds were comfortable.

Spacious property and easily accessible. Loved the BBQ and fireplace facilities which made it a home away from home. The kitchen was fully kitted with everything we needed to prepare meals when we were not eating out.

Beds were comfortable, good view, all the kitchen pots and cutlery etc provided
Service was good - we wanted an upgrade and they respond the call even during holiday, however it took them three days to upgrade the room
