The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself it’s absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff are very kind, nice and always willing to help you.

Breakfast was simple but offered several options. Everything served was of excellent quality. Staff serving breakfast was extremely polite. Hotel staff, in general, was helpful and very polite.

Very nice grounds with a cobblestone path to the lake. Also nice common areas with porches and patios. And we saw one gorgeous white dog who kept us company for a bit.

Sra Marcela and her husband are really kind and generous, always wiling to help. The location is great. You just have to walk a few meters to see costanera and the Osorno peak

Everything was great . Room with view small view to lake, lovely rooms, nice shower, relaxing lobby with soft music, abundant breakfast with fresh fruits and preserves.

The breakfast, the atmosphere and staffs! Maria Tereza was lovely all the time! Fells like home! The restaurant beside the house is perfect!!

Really nice owners and friendship atmosphere. Super comfortable beds and bathroom. Very close to some beautiful sightseeing places nearby the lake and the theatre.

The owner is very nice and welcome us with a free upgrade and flexible check in. Our cabana had a Great Lake view, surrounded by trees. Comfortable and warm. There is a nearby walk in the park end the city center is few minutes walking

We LOVED our stay here! The hosts were SO friendly and helpful. Beautiful lake views and really nice room with huge towels and slippers. Stayed an extra night and really didn’t want to leave. Great value for money too. The hosts gave us a recommended itinerary for a day around the lake and we did the whole thing and had a great day.

You have the whole house to yourself and it has ample space. It was also only a few blocks from the town center of Frutillar and about like 5 minutes from the touristy parts. There is a kayak that you can use for free, seems great for the summer! The beds were very comfy and were great for keeping warm during the night. There is hot water and the shower was perfect, equipped with both soap and shampoo. I didn’t use it, but there is a TV with things like Netflix and YouTube. There also is a furnace that has a fire-starter and wood that was readily available in the back of the house (also an axe where you can cut it yourself). This might annoy some, but when it’s raining you can hear the rain very clearly, though I personally loved it, it was very relaxing. Communication with the host was 10/10 as well.
