The place was clean, with towels and a private toilet. It was easy to get there and the person who was in charge was really nice and kind.
Extra nice thing, they have tea or coffee in the morning and evening (for the "once"). Also they have jelly and eggs if we want to use them for free. We only had to get our own bread.

The hosts are so nice and welcoming, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is spacious and well-organized, and fast response is a plus. Did spend a wonderful night here. I highly recommend to other backpackers!

We absolutely loved Casa Azul. It is centrally located, about a ten minute walk to downtown Puerto Varas, and the property itself is a real gem. There are beautiful gardens, a koi pond, and some very adorable animals. Everything is run clearly and efficiently, the house is kept very clean, and our room itself was really cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. The vibe is impeccable.

The location is fantastic, in the middle of town and 2 minutes to the lake. Rooms were not huge but very comfortable with a large bathroom. Breakfast was adequate with excellent made to order scrambled eggs. The place was warm, cosy and spotlessly clean. Good Wi-Fi. All staff were very friendly.

Our favourite hostel so far in 10 months in South America! We felt so at home here, staying cosy indoors while it rained. Well equipped & clean kitchen, good organisation of each person's food. Inviting living room with spacious dining table. A few different spaces to hang out in which we appreciate. Soft lighting! Characterful interior decor! The staff were really friendly and had plenty of reccomendations of what to do in the area too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The view from the room was wonderful - look across the street to the beautiful lake. The bathroom was clean and the bed was adequately comfortable. Near the lobby there is a central room with a fireplace plus a couple other rooms with tables and views of the lake where one can relax with their travel partners.

Excellent location just off town center and Papa John's by a 20m walk by the High or Low Costanera around Lake Llanquihue and it's beautiful trees and scenery. The decoration is very creative and theatrical. Set on a hill, the architectural plan inspired by the traditional patagonian framehouse and woodpaneled rooms, which makes for coziness and warmth, much needed in the low temperatures of the region. The breakfast is a Continental with the excellent quality of Chilean Patagonia!

The location was superb. The hosts were gracious and kind. We felt safe being in a cabin in their garden. It’s fully gated. All the neighbours would smile and say hello when we went for a walk. The place heated up quickly as long as you kept the bedroom doors shut. The Hummingbirds feeding out the front entertained us for hours. Miguel showed us how to do their food. We truly had a wonderful week, and were sad to leave.
