Ingrid was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she treated me like family. She has such a warm, kind presence — it made the entire stay feel personal and welcoming rather than transactional. Communication was effortless; her English is outstanding, which made everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a great experience. I’m very grateful for her hospitality.

Nicolas and his family were one of the most accommodating families we have ever experienced and my wife and I have been traveling globally for 30 years. We were tired from a long journey and were given the option of homemade Chilean food for a late lunch/early dinner, which allowed us some much needed rest. The other options for food delivery to stay were excellent. The ecolodge is gorgeous and was pristine and we felt right at home. Except at home we do not have such beautiful views of the mountains from the dining/living room and master bedroom. The adjacent animal and plant life were so unique and rare in this increasingly nature devoid world. In the end, we felt like we had a healing experience at this stay and Nicolas and family are one of a kind!

We came to Olmué for the national park and ended up spending most of our vacation swimming, grilling, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying the beautiful property.

Staff were great even tho we didn’t speak much Spanish at all, they were patient and very helpful. This property is like being at a tranquil resort in the jungle, very beautiful and peaceful. The pools were clean and luxurious. The massages were good however I paid more for a “mixte” massage and it was not strong at all. My cousin got a facial that she loved. Breakfast was amazing but pre-set on the table which really increased food waste and I felt bad for not eating all of it. The WiFi was strong and the smart tv in the room was a plus. We could easily walk to the main square and the Pullman bus station within 15 minutes. There were also bikes you could borrow for free.
