The room was spacious and there was a good variety for breakfast.

Amazing location - going to sleep looking at the mountains was priceless. The hotel room was beautiful - comfortable beds, big bathtub and great shower. The toilet seat was heated which was a really nice touch. The toiletries were Crabtree and Evelyn and smelt amazing. The hotel gave our children little bears and we had a welcome gift of fruit and toffee. We were overwhelmed by all the choices during breakfast the next morning. I especially enjoyed these little fried glutinous balls filled with purple yam paste (still dreaming of those)... I would love to go back to beautiful Jiuzhaigou one day, and stay at the Hilton again.

An incredible property and wonderful experience. Each room offers fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Located about 25 minutes away from the main entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Park, we experienced peace and serenity up in the mountains above the more touristy and commercialized village below, even seeing the Milky Way and stars at night. The team at the property helped us secure tickets to the park and pick-up and drop-off for both the park and train station. The food options are delicious using locally grown ingredients including hot-pot soup for dinner with local yak meat and mushrooms. The property also provided us with a photo shoot with a camera team and options to wear local Tibetan clothing.

The staff was super helpful, good breakfast and room super clean and new.

On arrival my room was upgraded for free! The complimentary breakfast was superb. The accommodation provided free pick up and drop off to the national park. The room was very clean and necessary amenities were replaced and the room was cleaned daily. The restaurants food was very tasty though a little bit pricey. They even helped me in catching my bus back to high speed train station by communication with the driver.Thank you!

We love the hotel and the facilities and the food. The staffs are great even though they don’t speak English very well, but they’re very helpful and nice. The Spa was amazing.

The property was very nice and clean! Close to the park entrance which is a plus when leaving the park especially when the crowd and traffic is a lot! There’s also a McDonald’s beside the hotel or a part of it which was cool! Also very close to the dining options! Lots of local good choices! Just be prepared to eat yak meat which we liked!
