This was such a welcoming place, the staff really made us feel so comfortable and they gave good advice and also were happy to troubleshoot little problems for us (like when we were out and experiencing communication problems we rang them to interpret!)

Our stay at Wen Jun was wonderful. The room was exactly as described in the reviews. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station and close to various attractions that highlight the charming and historic side of the city. The hotel staff was incredible. Belle and Kimberly were always ready to help with accurate information and were exceptionally kind. Frank was also very helpful at all times. The stay was absolutely worth it!

The room was very spacious, the receptionist was really helpful, and there was no cigarette smell at all. We ended up extending our stay in Chengdu, but this hotel didn’t have any rooms available anymore so we had to move to another hotel 🥲

The location was surrounded by metro entrance which is very convenient! And right below the stay, there were restaurants and convenient stores, and even medical stores. The unit itself was located at a higher floor with several secured gates and doors before you arrived at the unit door step. The surrounding was quiet as well. The unit itself was spacious and the amenities was very complete. The person in charge was super friendly and helpful as well, and always very happy to recommend places to go. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chengdu!

Upon landing the hotel is accessible walking directly from the airport and directions are well indicated. The room was amazing, large, full of light, numerous amenities, stunning zen style decoration, slept so well. Restaurants around are so good and several of them, the pool looked stunning. Breakfast was so diverse. I could have easily stayed for several days and had a great stay!
