Nice staff, wellness area was great

Awesome location. Close to the harbor to take a boat tour, close to the train station to take a steam lock tour and otherwise 30minutes away from everything worth to see

The staff, after being requested, tried to somehow help, but I didn´t not get any other support than "It is booking´s fault". After I asked they gave me a glass of sparkling water . They said they phone other hotels but they were all full, maybe they could have offered me a space in a private house, a hotel in another town, to drive me there or to drive me to Stralsund to take a train to Berlin or a hotel there or at least the menu. I was sitting there as an unwanted guest.

Nice size room, comfortable and clean with fast WiFi. Good breakfast included in the base price. Free onsite parking. Close to center of Bergen, but that's near the center of the island of Rugen. Maybe not ideal location if goal is to be near beach for holiday but great if you have a car to get around.

This apartment was fantastic! Active senior father/adult son traveling together. The two-bedroom accommodation is gigantic! Separate bathrooms for the two bedrooms, one with full tub. The bedrooms have large comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Fully equipped kitchen, albeit we mainly used it for breakfast. The dining room is enormous with a large table. The living room is also huge with comfortable sectional sofa and TV. There is a balcony, but only used it for the view. Free parking for our rental car behind the building. I also want to mention a great sauna area, complete with showers, robes, towels and loungers at an extremely low additional charge. We wanted to be in a quieter area than the resort towns of Binz or Sellin, and Lauterbach was wonderful. Apartment is a block away from the small harbor, which is peaceful and quaint. The unit is walking distance to the "Rasender Roland" and the EDEKA supermarket is close by. At the end of busy and active days, it was delightful to come home to the apartment.

This place is an absolute gem!!! The hosts are more than helpful, they make you feel like part of the family. Anything I needed, or had forgotten, I was able to get at the Gutshaus. I had the best vacation ever!!! And I will return!
