Rooms in Hamburg

This was a wonderful hotel in a lovely peaceful location.. thanks to the staff - everyone on reception, who cleaned the rooms and helped us at breakfast - you made us feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel very highly and would happily stay again.

It was clean and good for the price

We had a late flight, we arrived at the hotel at about 11pm. Anyway the front desk gave us a quick check in and lots of other hospitality.

We stayed here for couple days it was so good so clean and one of the employees was so nice his name is Omar keep smiling all the time and even that he dont speak our language but he tried his best to communicate with us and helping us! 5 stars!

The location of the Hotel was very convenient. There is a train stop literally 5 meters away from the Hotel's exit. It's also very close to the main city center and you can easily reach them in five minutes tops by walk. The reception personnel was a very friendly lady, she showed us all the tourist attraction points on the map and made very decent restaurant/street food destination recommendations. Although the room was a little bit smaller than expected w.r.t. this pricepoint, but it was very comfy. Wireless connection was really fast and free. All and all, I would definitely recommend and would personally reconsider another stay in the future.

Everything, the location near the main train station. The breakfast was delicious. The wifi was fast. Comfortable bed and room. All the staff were amazing as well.

We stayed 1 night at this hotel and it was very pleasant and amazing the staff was very helpfull and great special thanx to Marvin and Max they helped us with everything and made our stay at Hamburg memorable❤️❤️

Perfect location, clean and neat room

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. Breakfast was fresh and well-organized, with a good variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The staff were really nice, especially the front desk manager. He made me feel at home, and was fun to talk with.

Everything was perfect - clean and nice looking room with a design touch.The location is great as well..U and S stations are near and the bus stop is right across the street and it is not too far away from the city centre - about 30 min walking. I strongly recommend the place.

Perfect room with a couple of days. Comfortable bed and really nice and clean bathroom. Everything you might need for a couple of days. Also really close to the metro.

The location is perfect, as you are located closely to many interesting areas of Hamburg; St. Pauli, Schanze, Hafencity and Mitte - this made it very convenient in regards to getting around and have access to to a wide range of restaurants, shops and attractions. The rooms are nicely decorated, the size is good for a city-stay and we did not experience any sound from either the streets or the hallways of the hotel. Besides that we found the beds and pillows very comfortable and usually I bring my own pillow when traveling, so I was very positive, that these where of such good standard. The breakfast was basic, but good and had many opportunities also for vegetarians, which was highly appreciated for us. There is everything you need to get a good breakfast; yoghurt with various toppings, many sorts of breads, boiled eggs and of course; juice and coffee. It is not a luxury breakfast, but there is more than you will need for a decent breakfast. The bike rent was really great and made it possible for us to see so much of the city, as we could get around the city faster than with S-bahn and taxi. When the weather is nice and not having to get further than 8 km from the hotel, then biking is a great way to experience the city. The staff was extraordinary! We were unfortunate that one of us got sick during the stay and the staff was helpful during this time, which made the experience extremely pleasant. This is our second stay at Motel One Hamburg am Mitte, and we do not want to stay other places in Hamburg, as we find location, service, quality and price perfect for our needs.
