Clean Great location Friendly and helpful staff

Staff was very nice, variety of food choices.

Room was large and clean. The resort itself was also well maintained and cleaned including the pools and the beach. There were plenty of sun beds. Food and drink were okay, food variety was not that much and most of the selections were the same each day for breakfast and dinner. There were plenty of people but not much que for the foods and I could always find a free table to sit. This please is ideal for resting and sunbathing on the beach or at the pools.

I like the events at night at Zodiac club. Also, the foor and cakes and sweet were amazing and diversity. I like the animation group who entertain us each day especially Gogo, Adam, and Maymouna.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the food was varied and of high quality, and the staff was always kind, welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. The pool and beach areas were well maintained and created the ideal atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. the team in VIP lounge was amazing thanks for Anna Rowan and David

Every thing was perfect … 5th or 6th time in barcelo at the same room ( deluxe with private pool ) every thing was exceptional started from Mr.Sayed Ali who facilitated my reservation every time I reserved, the front desk staff ( samer ) was a very kind guy and warmly welcomed me and my family. Mr Kadry in the restaurant was very helpful and helped me to celebrate my wife’s birthday The restaurant boy Mohamed Rashed who served us in the restaurant and gets drinks and what ever we want very quickly and smiled every time he saw us. The food was exceptional to be honest every time i visited barcelo the issue was food but this time there was a big difference.. the quality of food was very good and I understand what the meaning of food quality and safety because me and my wife are a veterinarian worked in food safety and quality. The room service boy Mohmaed was very helpful and doing his job in an amazing way and very friendly. The P.R staff i think she was called chiristine was very helpful and asked me about my stay and if i have any comments to be considered so she was great . Finally i’d like to thank you in barcelo and look forward to meet again in our next vacation.

The apartment is in a very nice compound with such a lovely pool and so peaceful calm environment

The hotel is amazing I recommend everyone to try it. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help. The cleanliness is perfect; there are no remarks.

The staff and host himself were tremendously hospitable, nice and helpful, if you will have any questions/problems/occasions believe me they will take care of it ASAP. Apartments were just like in the pictures, don't have much to say. The only thing I would suggest to take into consideration is the location (anyways taxis are pretty cheap), but if you want to book a nice quiet place with a pool for your stay - just go for it.

Family activities were amazing during our stay, you don’t need to leave the hotel. Food variety was great, during our stay Mohamed Alsayed in the panorama restaurant was very kind and helping us specially with kids needs. Everything was perfect and we did enjoy the aqua park, parties and swimming pool activities.

Mohamed went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. He kindly picked us up from the airport and also took us back, which was a huge help. He was very kind, reliable and attentive throughout the whole process. The check-in was extremely smooth thanks to him, but what made the biggest difference was all the valuable advice he gave us about the apartment and the surrounding area. He shared many useful tips, recommendations and practical tricks that helped us settle in quickly and enjoy the place much more. His help was truly invaluable, and we are very grateful for the time and care he gave us. Mohamed made the arrival experience feel personal, welcoming and stress-free. Access to all the large swimming pools was the cherry on the cake!
