The worst hotel room I have ever stayed in, was more like a prison cell. Sink was in the room, no bathroom, toilet in the tiniest space you can imagine. Shower was in the bedroom, with a plastic door dividing it. No tea and coffee room. Was on the 7th floor and told had to go to the 1st floor and I get a cup of tea!

Perfect location for the resorts world, lots of on site parking (pay at reception) lovely room which was spacious and clean, comfortable bed too! The staff were also really nice and attentive. We will be back!

Friendly staff, free parking, breakfast was good, bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable.
I was attending UKGE at the NEC and it is a 10 minute walk, a little further to the arena and restaurants.

Very spacious and the beds are so comfy! Really enjoyed just spending time in my room to relax. Staff where very lovely with checking me in and out and when one of my key cards wasn’t working (which happens all the time at loads of hotels so i’m not putting it down as a negative here) The lobby and bar area is gorgeous and the Moxy is within good walking distance to the NEC and Resorts world and the Hilton

The hotel is in the airport area and just 5 minutes walk from the terminal.
The family room was spacious and comfortable.
We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was pleasant and affordable.

The staff were all polite and the hotel felt spacious the hotel was full and yet we didn’t feel crowded. Our room was very comfortable and quiet considering its location. It’s in the perfect location for the NEC where we seeing a concert.

The reception and our room smelt clean and fresh, the general cleanliness was excellent. The room size for the deluxe king was spacious albeit a little outdated in decor. The breakfast buffet was a great spread, a delicious variety and we particularly enjoyed the pancake machine.

Breakfast was wonderful, lots of healthy option too, I was very happy they served black pudding (it is my favourite) The whole vibe of the hotel was great, buzzing atmosphere downstairs. The bedrooms were spacious and peaceful, very comfortable bed. The location was perfect for us and loads of places to eat near by.
