Amazing location and great facilities - super comfy bed, the studio has all you need, from a well functioning washer/dryer, to an iron and ironing board, to everything you'd need for cooking (even salt and pepper). Everything is super clean and new, truly a superb experience. The people working at the reception were also super friendly - kudos to the kiwi guy who was super welcoming (sorry - could not remember his name :)). The location is also very convenient - close to hustle and bustle, and yet in a very quiet street.

We liked how accessible the place was from the train station. It is literally right across the street! And it’s also attached to a mall which made it so convenient for us to look for food when we don’t want to go somewhere far. There are also bus stops around which made it easy to commute but the best part is… it’s in the middle of all tourist spots!!!

I stayed at Righ in Edinburgh and had a fantastic experience! The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, and everything was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The location is unbeatable — right in the city centre, which meant we could walk to all the main attractions without needing a taxi. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, even extending our check-out time without any issues. As a lovely touch, they also left a little postcard gift in the room. I would absolutely stay here again!

It was a short walk from Haymarket and about £2 on a train from there to Waverley which meant it was in a fantastic location for us. The room we had was very large and spacious, the biggest hotel room we've ever had! Everything was clean, we didn't really have any issues with our room.

Stayed for 3 nights . We were upgraded for free which was lovely , brilliant location . 10 minute walk from tram and 15 min walk to town center. Staff from check in to meeting during stay are fantastic and super helpful and friendly. The apartment has everything you need right down to a bottle opener !We had a one bedroom apartment and so spacious. Bed super comfy , great wifi .. we would definitely stay again. A perfect base to see Edinburgh in a quiet area so you get a good nights sleep and no noise.

I really enjoyed my stay at Braids Hill hotel, the hotel was clean, staff were helpful and views from my room were great. I loved my hotel room, it was spacious, clean and the 4 poster bed was 'princess like' and very comfortable. Great choices of bakeries, cafes, shops nearby and the local area is served by a selection of reliable buses into Edinburgh City.

It was perfect location for our visit to the playhouse. Our room was big and spacious, very comfy bed. I was hoping to have a room with a bath but the shower was great. Would recommend to others. Also we had to bring our car, with limited time but the on street parking was free after 6pm and over the weekend so that was ideal.

The hotel itself has a beautiful front room with a well-tuned piano and a view over the terrace and a small park. The bedroom was ok - it would have benefited from a couple of coat hooks and a small table. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower.

Have stayed on various occasions. Always warm and comfortable. Nice, well trained staff. Adjacent to bus stop for City centre. Spacious car park a main draw for ourselves. We received upgrade to larger bedroom and adjoining large bathroom with view over parkland. Very good.

Excellent hotel, quality interior, spacious room on the top floor with a balcony terrace and great view. Freshly cooked breakfast. Great vibe, helpful and friendly staff, all of them. Excellent location in one of the best parts of Edinburgh (we’ve stayed in quite a few!). Very safe, excellent choice of places to eat and drink. Couple of minutes from the National Museum of Scotland where we spent the whole day.

We arrived early and our room was ready so we could check in straight away. We were also given an upgrade and the room was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. Beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in! Staff couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
