The innkeeper, Susie was so accommodating! She was able to let us check in early and give us an upgraded room! The room is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. The location is in a nice residential neighborhood of Edinburgh, but the bus into the city center is right outside of the house. Quick 10min bus to Royal Mile.

Amazing property near to city center. Just a short walk through the park and you are downtown. Very Nice 10 min walk. Free parking and we loved the victorian style room. Very spacious, cozy and clean. Would highly recommend!

Lovely discreet welcome from Olga and James- beautifully presented continental breakfast in a gorgeous dining area. Nothing too much trouble - amble parking in the quiet residential district of Bruntsfield. We went to the neighbourhood Italian Tempo Perso for a lovely meal. I walked in to Edinburgh in 25- 30 minutes through parks and commons - although there is s very good bus service too- tap and go! I ran at Holyrood parkrun on the Saturday 5k of fabulous views. Go Georgian House!

The building itself is beautiful and well kept. You have a very welcoming feeling as you enter. It's gorgeous on the inside and Craig was an absolute delight. He was very accommodating and helpful with travel tips. The room itself was beautiful. Each room has it's own private bathroom and shower. Everything was impeccably clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We would have loved to stay there longer, so we're sure we'll be back. We highly recommend this place!

Breakfast was scrumptious and selections vast; the decor and comfort is sumptuous and the host so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a highlight of our holiday and a delightful introduction to Edinburgh. Centrally located, close to the trams and short walk to the various sights, shopping district and restaurants.

Easy to find with off street parking . Lots of character, clean and also a sumptuous comfortable bed and modern en-suite. Hot drinks , snacks plus porridge and muesli bars sufficed us more than sufficiently for breakfast.
