This Georgian building is a family-run guest house with easy access to Edinburgh city center by bus. It offers free WiFi, free parking and rooms with attached bathroom with flat-screen TVs. All rooms have a hairdryer and hospitality tray. Some rooms have period features and others have views of The Royal Observatory and Arthur's Seat.
