Hotels near Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh

We were in Edinburgh for a show at the Usher Hall, hotel was a short distance away but easy to walk and lots of buses along the route. Bar/restaurant below was lovely and food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast in the morning was not included in my purchase of the room but was only £10 per person extra and was well worth it and there was a good choice available.

We were delayed in another city due to long flight cancellations and arrived a day later than planned, only to find our room was no longer available (understandably, as we couldn’t notify the hotel). Despite this, the staff acted quickly and professionally to find a solution and got us into a room right away so we could finally rest. Their effort, kindness, and professionalism made a huge difference—truly excellent service!

The rooms where very nice and the duvets / beds where very comfortable. The showers where very good and the staff was wonderful.

Everything was excellent! Good location, comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast & very nice view.

The photos were exactly as advertised. The facilities clean and quiet except for the occasional noise coming from the hallway.

The cooked breakfast was excellent (Well done, chef!), the restaurant was spacious and well situated with an elegant buffet spread. The room on the ground level was large with a good size en-suite shower room. The shower was hot and powerful. The TV was a good size and well appointed. A kettle, mugs, spoons, tea and coffee were provided. The bed and bedding were comfortable.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend.

The room was very spacious for a solo type of accommodation. The location is pretty good for it is just a few steps away from the Haymarket tram station. Towels and linens were all fresh. Good hot shower! Very clean. Good looking Victorian style of interiors.

The location was great! It was close to downtown so I could see many sites in Edinburgh

Super charming old school Inn vibe, what I was looking for, staff were like family

The room was spacious and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to have a modern bathroom in such a beautiful old building. It was very quiet at night, which made for a great stay. The hotel is close to public transportation, convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

My room was charming and had everything I needed. The room was soundproofed. The dining room and lounge in the guesthouse seemed very spacious with high ceilings. My room had a kettle and some instant coffee. Although there was no standard breakfast available there was a great coffee machine in the dining room with selections including Americano, Cappachino, Latte, Hot Water and Hot Chocolate. There was a fruit basket laid out which was a nice touch. There were many food shops nearby and I simply bought instant Quaker oatmeal for my breakfast. The stops for trams and busses to the airport or into the city were steps away.

My family and I were traveling from Virginia and we loved this hotel. It was close to everything and had easy access to the buses.

We were allowed to extend for few hours. The room’s very clean. Kind staff. Very nice place to stay
