From a great view to an exceptional breakfast, we were most impressed by every aspect of our stay. We had a great stay at this wonderful location. The room was very comfortable. Stuart is a great host who really goes above and beyond for his guests. Excellent breakfast!
The Guest House is a short walk to the City centre (Bus stop close by but we didn't use it).

This is a little gem of a place to stay. I love the convenience of it being on the main A68 to Edinburgh. It is quiet and peaceful despite being on the main road.
The family who own it are delightful and nothing is too much of a bother for them.
The room is cozy with an external private bathroom. There is a kettle with plenty of tea and coffee. A flask of fresh milk is provided which is a lovely touch.
Breakfast is delicious.
Overall I highly recommend Broomfield House Bed and Breakfast.

The view of Ben Nevis from our “private” patio was wonderful. The host is friendly, kind and helpful. The to-go breakfast in the room was a lovely surprise and appreciated. It’s a great location to get to all the major tourist spots nearby while still experiencing the peace and quiet of rural Scotland.

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, right next to the bus stop, direct line to the centre. Friendly hosts. We got lots of useful tips for visiting the city. Excellent breakfast.
Room small but had everything we needed. A nice gesture was the daily chocolate mint.

Returned here after an overnight stay in 2017 as we loved our stay then and this time was just as lovely. Rooms are so thoughtfully and stylishly appointed, beautiful linen, fluffy robes, good lighting, lovely toiletries and a really delightful extra touch of a delicious home cooked snack and a nip of whisky. Breakfast was delightful, fresh fruits, creamy yoghurt and a fabulous full Scottish to follow. The host, Alison is so charming and helpful too. Perfect b and b 💖

Great location for the city centre, shops and restaurants.
Lovely owners who were very friendly and accomodating.
Excellent breakfast.

A nice room in a shared apartment. It is a bit further from the city centre, the area is quiet with multiple restaurant options and grocery stores. We were in contact with the host only online, we received all the instructions and it worked well for us. Overall a nice cheap option to stay in the city.
