We both lived in the Caribbean on the island of St Barths for over 30 years Laurent ran a coffee roasting business and I ran one of the most prestigeous hotels for over 17 years. The combination of these two customer oriented service businesses allows us to foucus on you the guest.
One of the great things about Perth is it's restaurants and cultural attractions. Whatever the attraction to the Fair City you will not be disappointed by the variety of diverse attractions
