This is a small, family run guest house with many positive reviews highlighting the cleanliness, relaxed atmosphere and exceptional central location. While you are moments from Edinburgh’s most famous landmarks, the property offers a quiet environment ideal for guests who want to explore the city by day and rest well at night. Please note that the property is spread across multiple levels and is not mobility friendly. There are 2 floors of stairs before reaching the main room floor, followed by 2 additional floors of stairs to access some of the remaining rooms. Unfortunately, there is no lift access. Guests benefit from secure and easy self check in, allowing flexible arrival and the freedom to explore at your own pace. Full arrival details are shared in advance, with access information sent shortly before check in. We also provide 24 7 guest support throughout your stay should you need assistance, advice or local recommendations. The guest house is located on North Castle Street, just off George Street, surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafés and cultural attractions. Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, the Royal Mile, Princes Street Gardens and Waverley Station are all within easy walking distance. The city is highly walkable, with excellent public transport connections nearby including buses, trams and airport links. This is an adults only property and is not suitable for parties or group celebrations. Quiet behaviour is expected at all times. Smoking, vaping, candles, incense and personal cooking devices are not permitted anywhere in the building.
