Nice location. Accommodations were refurnished since last time I stayed there and now looking more clean and modern. The breakfast is nice and the staff working there are very kind.

Mark and Jacob were excellent and saved an awful lot of time for my queuing at the US embassy. Their advice and directions were spot on. They even stored our bags and saved breakfast for our return. We would happily stay again. Thanks both

I love the Hand and Flower I always stay there when I go to London, the rooms are so charming and now they have refurbished their rooms it’s amazing. The staff is amazing and the food LOVELY IT 🥰

Room was great -- very clean, very comfortable, and spacious. The room was directly above a great little pub.The street was a little noisy with the occasional revealer until late (or early?) -- the room was still worth it though, and I would definitely stay there again.

Unique little hotel nestled on Heath Street in the great “village’ of Hampstead. Close to central London, but on the edge of the magnificent Hampstead Heath. 3 minutes walk to the Underground station and with great restaurants, shops and facilities at your doorstep. Manager Lorenzo and his staff are always so friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience in Room 43. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay from a cozy bed to a strong Wi-Fi connection and a clean, modern bathroom.

The location was amazing! The best part of London. I want to thank Filip and his wife for being so warm and welcoming to us. They took care of every detail. I would recommend everyone to stay in their apartment.

Very Clean and tidy small room There are at least 2 flights stairs Need to pickup key from another hotel about 7 min walk away Keys can be left in room when leaving so not so bad Great for a short stay and if your out and about all day

The property was extremely clean, comfortable and had an excellent location. The owners were so friendly and kind and welcoming. They provided us with everything we needed and cleaned our room providing us with fresh towels. We would highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you again

Ms. Yang was very easy to communicate with. the bathroom was surprisingly very new and updated. sleeping area on smaller side but similar than what to expect in Euro, but, still had full closet, desk and a kitchen (which there was a very cool moveable wall that slides to provide room in the kitchen which kitchen had everything I needed and shower large for a Euro B&B. Bed was comfortable enough, comforter could be updated, it was all very, very clean but it made the room look drab which with that one little upgrade the room would really pop in photos. Great location by Leicester Square, SE corner of Soho right at Chinatown, street outside a lot of fun, bustling area but room was quiet. Multiple locked doors to get to the room so very safe but the area was safe as well.

The room was clean and everything I needed for a solo stay of a couple of nights. I was nervous about the shared bathroom but it was always clean and I never had to wait to be able to use it.

Great location. Facilities meet expectations.
