The West End Town House is certainly a jewel in Edinburgh's crown. This 200 year old Town House is considered one of the finest examples of Georgian architecture and is only 520 yds from Princes Street, with the best of what Edinburgh has to offer all within easy reach. We feel very priviledged to live in such a special building and enjoy being able to share our beautiful home with our guests. We are always on hand to help and being from Edinburgh, we know our city and all it has to offer well. Attention to detail and your comfort is extremely important to us. Our Room Only luxury rooms are tastefully designed and decorated with a contemporary twist on old fashioned luxury. On our doorstep, we have so many wondeful options for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. we are also only a stones throw from wonderful wine bars and traditional Scottish pubs.

Ruth has over 20 years in the hospitality business. You could say it is in the blood. Her Grandparents owned small hotels and her parents, a stream of well established guest houses in the city. She has built her own reputation for offering the highest standard of care to her guests.

The West End of Edinburgh is the heart of the city with the best shops, bars, restuarants and visitor attractions all within walking distance. The airport tram and buses stop just 5 minutes walk from the front door. All the main tourist attractions such as The Royal Mile, The Castle, The Dean Village and many more are all within easy walking distance
