Beautiful property and lovely family runs it Great views

a very unique and comfortable boutique hotel, in front of the water. It has only 6 rooms. Rooms 4-5-6 are front line to the water. The hotel staff (around 10, I think) takes very good care of any need. The couple who own the place are also available all the time, providing support, the owner Mr., Christos personally helped us by valet parking of our car when needed.

Service was outstanding – the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to fulfill every request immediately. The hotel is very tidy and well maintained. During our 8-day stay we tried nearly half of the restaurant menu and discovered unforgettable dishes, such as the Enalion salad and the shrimp burger. Breakfast was exceptional – generous and varied beyond expectations. Each morning we enjoyed different types of eggs (one always boiled), ham and cheese, fresh bread, pie, olives, two kinds of sweets, yogurt, a selection of jams and marmalades, plenty of butter, honey, cocoa cream, as well as fresh vegetables and fruits. To drink, there was always freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee or tea, and water. A special mention goes to the lady who served breakfast during our stay. She was much more than a waitress – she truly entertained our 1-year-old, chatting, playing, and even switching on the ventilators for him. Her kindness made our mornings memorable. The beach is only a few meters away, with the option to have your own reserved spot. We stayed in room no. 4 on the upper floor and enjoyed an exceptional sea view.

Friendly atmosphere, it was perfect for the kids. Perfect location if you want one relaxing calm vacation. Hosts are very kind.

Perfect location, nature all around, tranquility and serenity. Clean, comfortable, spacious room with great views. Excellant breakfast in the beautiful porch (not included in the price but recommended). Close to nature trails, and the lovely village of Milies.

Breathtaking amazing view! Spectacular! Let me tell you about a house located above the sea somewhere in Pelion. We were looking for a place to go for a quality family vacation, to disconnect and escape from the routine, quality family time without background noise.. And listen to me carefully, we found the perfect place! Big time! We arrived at a beautiful stone house located in the heart of an agricultural area surrounded by olive, fig and other fruit trees. Below us, an amazing view of the Aegean Sea spread out, which we could see from every corner of the house. We were greeted by the host who made us feel like family from the first moment! The house itself is equipped with everything you could need and the refrigerator was full of goodies, we simply didn't lack anything! Lots of amazing beaches, taverns and villages nearby, but mostly silence, views and disconnection We simply didn't want to leave the house and our hosts! We had a perfect stay and vacation, exactly what we needed. We have no doubt that we will return at the first opportunity Thank you 🙏🏻

We loved everything. The place was built by Yannis, the lovely host. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautiful - an incredible experience. We were even greeted with fresh eggs and an apple pie in the morning baked by the house. The perfect resort!

A beautiful place in a fantastic spot. Convenient to everything I needed in Afissos. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is full and good, and the rooms are comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The natural rock wall in the apartment is amazing! The room is spacious and clean. The hosts are very kind and assisting. I wish we could have stayed more. It was in walking distance from Afissos promenade.

Cute place, small but cosy rooms. A good location from Affisos and several beaches.

The hostess was very sweet and helpful! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and of course - have the closest view to the ocean you could ask for :)

This is the perfect place to explore the Pelion region. A lovely small town without too much tourism but authenticity. The house is just 2 flight of stairs away from the sea which is just awesome. The house itself has everything a family of 5 would need or want. Not unimportant: the beds are superb. We stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed everyone as much as we could. Having breakfast on the the terrace, watching the sunset on the balcony, strolling down to the nice bars or restaurants for dinner. It so much exceeded our expectations. We hope to return to this place one day
