We chose Castello Amorgos Suites for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all our expectations! Perfectly situated between Chora (the capital) and Katapola (the port), it offers easy access to a variety of excellent restaurants, stunning sights, and beautiful beaches. The facilities are brand new, impeccably clean, and incredibly peaceful. Upon our arrival, Andreas and Eliza greeted us warmly with psimeni raki (a local liqueur) and pasteli (a local sweet treat). Andreas provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants, excursions, and bars, each one a delightful experience! The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, made from the freshest local ingredients. The entire team at Castello was exceptionally kind and hospitable, making our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return to Amorgos and stay at Castello again. For anyone seeking genuine Greek hospitality in a superb location, Castello is the perfect choice!

It was wonderful from beginning to end! He met me at the port when my ferry arrived and helped me with my luggage to his accommodations, which were right near the port. Up high with BEAUTIFUL view of the port and Amorgos! The place is typically Greek with bright white buildings and bright blue shutters. Very clean, very comfortable bed and nice hot shower! He was so helpful with showing me where the bus stop is in town, the bus schedules, and anything else I needed. When I hand washed some clothes, he let me hang them out to dry on his line where he hung the bed sheets. Amorgos itself is so charming, quaint, and small - a refreshing change from my visit to Crete just before! Yet lots to do with a variety of terrain to enjoy! Then, he also helped me walk back to the port with my luggage upon my departure.

Extremely convenient location, clean and spacious room, and extremely friendly/helpful host (Sophia)! She met us as we left our ferry and immediately offered a seat at her cafe, where she showed us a map of the island and explained all the important sites to see. We showed up with little planned so her advice was much appreciated. We were also able to rent a car at a very reasonable price which was so convenient. If you’re taking the ferry into/out of Katapola, you could not pick a better location!

I could watch the sunset from the balcony. It has a beautiful pool area for lounging and it’s walking distance from Katapola. It’s like a little oasis in the Mediterranean mountains, away from the busyness of the port. The staff is super warm, friendly and welcoming.

Angela is a wonderful hostess, always available to your every need. The location is terrific. Beautiful sunset views from our front porch. We sat a bit back from the road but we're so close to the action. Small walking distance to the ferry port, a beach, amazing restaurants and grocery stores. Parking right at the entrance of the room. We had many cat and chicken friends visiting daily. We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very functional. Large shower. Perfect for a couple.

Stergio bizi feribottan aldı ve “evimize” götürdü. Oraya vardığımızda Angeliki bizi sanki uzun zamandır görmediği aile üyelerini karşılar gibi sımsıkı sarılarak karşıladı. Daha o ilk anda yaşayacağımız samimi misafirperverliğin ne kadar özel olacağını anlamıştık. Odamız tertemiz, sıcacık ve son derece konforluydu. Sabahları tavukların, keçilerin, koyunların sesleri ve yaprakların hışırtısıyla uyanmak, gerçek Yunan ada yaşamının huzurunu hissettiriyordu. Kahvaltılar ise tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi. Angeliki ve Stergio her sabah kendi elleriyle hazırladıkları birbirinden lezzetli ev yapımı yiyecekleri büyük bir sevgiyle servis ediyorlardı. Size bir müşteri gibi değil, ailelerinin bir parçası gibi davranıyorlar. Adayı rahatça keşfedebilmemiz için bizim adımıza araç kiralama da ayarladılar. Onlar sayesinde Amorgos’a âşık olduk. Huzur, sakinlik ve gerçek Yunan otantikliği arayan herkes için burası mükemmel bir ada. Hem üst kattaki hem de alt kattaki odalarda konakladık. Üst kattaki odalar harika bir deniz manzarasına sahip, alt kattakiler ise yemyeşil ve huzurlu bahçeye bakıyor. Her ikisinin de kendine has bir güzelliği ve sıcaklığı var. Odalarda ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey h. Eğer eksik olan bir şey olursa da Stergio ve Angeliki bunu hemen sizin için temin ediyor; gerçekten kendinizi evinizde hissetmeniz için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Ayrılırken neredeyse ağlayacaktık. Sanırım bu, bu yerin ve bu güzel insanların bizim için ne kadar özel olduğunu anlatmaya yetiyor. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz Angeliki ve Stergio. We had a spacious studio for three with a huge terrace. Everything as advertised. Good quiet location behind the main street of the harbor village. The hosts also arranged a rental car flexibly and at a reasonable price. They seem to run also a cafe (their English was not fluent, but sufficient for everything to be handled fluently) in harbor where we could leave our bags on departure day.

We loved it. Peter the manager and his team really looked after us. Peter met us at the port and carried our cases to our room (a few steps involved) Our room was gorgeous with small Kitchen and coffee machine and fridge allowed us to enjoy the balcony with a few drinks and nibbles overlooking the bay. We loved ship watching so having the ability to keep drinks and snacks in room was fab.

I can't recommend it enough. The room is beautiful and spacious, and the view from the balcony fantastic. Giannis, the owner, is very attentive and he gave great tips about Amorgòs (also gave me extra bags of mountain tea, because I liked it). It felt like home

Cute and comfortable ! Handy to the ferry and port Loved the coffee/ breakfast bakery just down the path, delicious baklava ! Just a heads up , the Pension is up a few stairs on the path so you will need to carry your bags up ( or pull them over the stairs) . The room we had was upstairs which was great cause it had an amazing view from the balcony and bedroom !

I have stayed in Casaprimavera two times before and wanted absolutely to come again. The room on the first floor is small and without a balcony or private terrace but spotless clean and has access to a functional outdoor kitchen. The owner is a lovely and warm person. Best place ever for us!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in this well-equipped apartment. A great location for exploring Amorgos. Michael was very welcoming and brought delicious cake every day. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and terrace with comfy chairs, large dining table and an outstanding view. We were sad to leave and would definitely come back!
