Really loved our stay, the property is new, the room is beautiful with amazing balcony and overlooking the sea. Pool was awesome, the water was freezing, but it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was awesome, too.

The owners, Sofia and Nico, have put so much thought into making the landscape setting peaceful and idyllic. It’s not fancy or pompous, or overdone as some places in Greece tend to be, but rather bohemian and modern 🌺. Sofia and Nico, and all the staff are super friendly, and this makes one’s stay even more enjoyable! Sofia is happy to give recommendations for restaurants and places of interest.

Situated in a quiet cove of crystal clear waters, perfect place to disconnect. Although it consists of a small strip of a couple hotels and restaurants, you want for nothing. And it’s a quick trip into Ermoupoli if you needed something more.

New decor, everything was very clean. The hostess Elpida’s knowledge and warm welcoming was exceptional. They also provided us a complimentary breakfast basket which included Greek coffee! Thank you so much. We loved it! Highly recommend it.

Amazing staff that made you feel so welcome. They gave us breakfast on arrival and provided us with towels for the pool until our room was ready. The staff can't do enough for you. They are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely experience. It really makes all the difference. Rooms were great, with lovely thoughtful additions, like a welcome bottle of wine and home made lavender pouches with the towels. One room had a huge balcony with sun loungers and a hot tub, which was an amazing surprise. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Elia Syros has excellent facilities and is quite modern. I really enjoyed staying there and you have the feeling you are at home. It has all the amenities you may want and even more. It is located in walking distance from Vari beach, which is quite good. The peace and quiet is priceless. I highly recommend it to everyone who is exploring the beautiful island of Syros and will definitely visit you soon...

Clean and the location next to the sea side was superb!

They were Awesome!!! Let us check-in early and gave us suggestions on where to go and where to eat. The place is absolutely Beautiful!! Everything looks brand new. The house is located right across the beach. Christy and Maria got us all kinds of things for us to eat and drink in the fridge and got bread and jam and coffee also. They came to say goodbye and also gave us a parting gift!!

The apartment had facilities to cook, wash laundry, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views and weather.

Location Is perfect behind the beach and also there’s a bus stop nearby. It was spacious, so clean-spotless and I really appreciated the hospitality I received. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with some fresh lemonade and sweets then my room had been cooled down with AC along with bottles of water in the fridge, mini ouzo bottle, toiletries and candies. When I departed I received a nice little gift too. I would highly recommend and wish to return next year, thank you to the wonderful host! ❤️ also I want to add this place was the most quiet I had on my whole trip, perfect for undisturbed sleep.

It is in a quiet smaller town within walking distance of two beaches, several restaurants and a well equipped mini market. The place was exceptionally clean and had amazing views of the water!
