Excellent restaurant and bar. They have parties and a snooker table. Decorated very nicely. They also have their own traveling agency. Nice young and English speaking staff.

I liked everything from the hotel. Breakfast was super delicious. Location was perfect.

Staff were super helpful and friendly, the owner was a sweetheart!

My stay in Macarena was exceptional. They welcome you with impressive joy, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, as are the bathrooms. They have tour and shuttle options which was super useful for me. spectacular, complete and delicious breakfast. They are doing new things to even improve the place, I would definitely come back to see everything new they will have, ideal to rest and meet nice people

Clean, nice linens, tall bed, outlet by bed, big bathroom, decent shower, air conditioning, shelving and desk, water provided, excellent staff. Close to mercado and bus terminal, walking distance to Isla. Did I say excellent staff? Lovely people, good atmosphere, nice outdoor space with pool and food service.

I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. It's literally right in front of Lake Peten Itza. From the moment we checked in the staff was friendly and very accomodating answering all our questions. The rooms were nice, big and they face the lake. THE AC works amazing, the beds are comfortable. The pool is amazing. Great temperature and most of all clean.

This family hotel is excellent they go out of their way to make the clients feel comfortable. The room is simple but very clean There's the possibility of using the kitchen but I used only the fridge. Some people were making lunch and dinner. They are may be too sweet/ kind and I felt awkward that some tourist tend to lack respect. I highly recommend this airbnb. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. You can also see that the whole family participates My dept was in the evening I could stay in their house, even take a shower Thank you and keep the great work

Comfortable, quiet, great location, and with a friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. A great surprise to find out that even without being advertised there's a simple breakfast, even better than at a hostel I stayed in Guatemala City which advertises breakfast

Perfect place to stay on Flores. 9 min. walk from entrance where busses pick you up for any adventure. Room cleaned daily with linen and bed done every day. Nice sunset from balcony. Kitchen minimalist with fridge space for your overnight food. .

The price was great. The rooms were clean. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. There was hot water for showers. The staff was awesome, we lost an item on the bus ride to Flores, and the hotel staff was super helpful in getting it back. Flores is cute, lots of good eating in easy walking distance.

Great staff, awesome service. Abner helped me arrange transport to my next two destinations. (Their prices were cheaper than online and the shuttles were smaller, more private/more space.) The location was great, less than 10 mins walk to everything. Room was large, bathroom attached, AC worked well.

Comfortable private room with access to shared kitchen facilities and a friendly, attentive staff. The shared bathroom was always clean and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Also liked that there was a mounted fan for temperature control, and the room had a good number of outlets for charging devices. Great value for the price, would definitely recommend it to other travelers!

This place is always nice and people are very friendly. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. It is the only place I stay when I come to visit. This was about the 10th time I stay here in the las 2 years.
