This property is beautifully decorated, with a restaurant on site and beautiful views of the quaint village of Kali. It’s a family run operation and feels just like home. The hospitality is a perfect 10.

The location, the presentation, everything

This place was genuinely clean, I have skin rashes and I am particular about cleanliness. This was 10/10. I saw the cleaners everyday cleaning. The room had curtains as you see in the pictures for privacy and I love it!! I didn’t have a problem finding a bathroom that was free, because every floor has bathrooms , if your floor is full you can always go to the next floor! It was easy to be out at night without worrying because the center is full of tourist and the hostel is in the middle of the city. Easy to access and again safe at night. The staff was professionally, helpful, and they manager care about the hotel and the people.

Clean - private - comfortable, plus close to the beach and town center of Preko. Perfect place for a quiet weekend. The beach was the biggest surprise. Sandy bottom stretched several hundred feet into the calm sea with water no higher than our waist. Perfect!

It was perfect to stay in here, when you wake up in the morning and open the door, the sea is in front of you. If you book from booking, you would need to pay by cash there!

The host was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. We were met at the door with the keys and tips were given for the home as well as local food and sights. The home was a mix of history with modern touches and included incredible views of the water. There were nice sitting areas both in front and on the terrace and property has beautiful local olive and fruit trees. The home was within easy walking distance of historical sites, great food, and Jaz Beach (which we visited repeatedly).

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment with a stunning sea view, and it exceeded all my expectations. The spacious and modern interior, combined with the breathtaking views from the dining room, made for an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect and just few minutes from ferry port, and offered easy access to the beach and local attractions.

It's a really cozy place, where you feel like staying at home of your grandparents. Quite, clean, and has everything that needed. Also it was great pleasure to rent a bicycle from owner for free. We had journey across the island in these bicycles!
