The apartment is a solid 10/10, a very comfortable, modern and welcoming place in a nice village, close to shops and other amenities. The owner is a perfect host and the animals are the cutest. We loved our stay there and we definitely recommend this place to other travellers.

The location is amazing. In spite of the very unpleasant weather we had, we really felt very cozy and had a great time there. It is a small village, but it has everything you need, fuel station, local store, bakery and also a nice restaurant.

The location is close to the highway, very useful for short stays. And in Tarjan there is also an excellent German restaurant and a Hungarian restaurant, so you can also organize a longer stay at Trombitas Vendeghaz. And after a walk through the vineyards, you can enjoy a sauna upon arrival at the accommodation!

We are returning guests to this inn. It is always clean, the breakfast is plentiful and the staff are very friendly, chatty and happy to help. They are making sure your stay is comfortable and you feel at home. The food in the restaurant is incredible! The portions are huge and the flavors are heavenly. The place is ideally situated in a quiet village at the center point of many walking trails in the Gerecse Mountains. If you use public transport like us, the bus drops you right in front of the building. And the bonus: they have their own playground. In the evenings you can relax at a table with a drink while supervising the kids happily exhausting themselves on the zipline or the climbing frame.
