The room was really spacious. The air conditioner worked really well too.

The view was good. Outdoor sitting all over was great Housekeeping is amazing They have great promotions everyday but they are gone unnoticed sometimes. Zulfikar at the pool area, Devi at the reception was very helpful

Best hotel experience of my life. Very comfortable and roomy room, excellent food, and exceptional service from the staff. 10/10, would recommend to anyone. Can't wait to return.

EVERYTHING! From the lobby, reception, the staff, the room, the cleanliness of the room, the facilities, the therapist for reflexy, the bed, the size of the room, the breakfast, the mini bar, and I could go on forever

It was extremely quiet and comfortable. Although located next to a larger road, I couldn’t hear the cars at all. The breakfast was very focused around local food, which was delicious, but also a great variety of western goods like scrambled eggs, pancakes, maple syrup, etc. There was a decent pool and sufficient fitness center to keep you busy if you decide not to leave the hotel

I asked to have quiet room and they prepare it for me. They give surprise one slice welcoming cake in the room

It’s clean and affordable in the center of BSD City, Tangerang. McDonald’s is next to the property, also there are some restaurants and Alfamart next to the property as well.

Everyone is very kind to me. Special receptionist finna. Who have help a lot in the hotel. I like the place. So I extended my stay for one more night. ❤️🤲
