Cosy rooms, excellent breakfast, great staff. Overall a lovely experience and such value for money. Deirdre is a lovely host.

Loved it... the loaction is superb, and the staff even better. Very welcoming and helpful. We just 'surfed the web' and found the place and the town. Wonderful hotel and nice town. We got a nice upgrade as well! We could have stayed a week. Highly recommend it.

The owner John was absolutely fantastic and so welcoming! His staff was absolutely amazing! Made it feel like home so comfortable and the other guests were all happy and fun to interact with. One of the best places to stay and will definitely return. Within 10 minutes drive to see family in listowel! Would highly recommend to others take the time to stay here. Worth every euro! So comfortable! Like staying with family and many good nights and great laughs

Sean was so kind and made a lovely breakfast. He was really sweet and genuine and gave us good tips on where to go, when to go, etc. We really enjoyed the other guests and welcoming environment.

The Room was very comfortable and modern it is a beautiful place to stay. The breakfast was delicious and I found all the staff very friendly and helpful.

Perfectly situated and private! The sun room was a delight, lots of hot water for showers and great kitchen.
