I loved the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff, especially Mr. Rohit Raj and his team, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel's proximity to the Yatra Counter was incredibly convenient for our Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. The Punjabi food at their restaurant was authentic and delicious, a true treat after a long journey. Additionally, the Terrace View at night offered breathtaking sights of the holy Trikuta Mountains, creating a serene and spiritual ambiance. We had an awesome stay at this property for 2 nights. Starting from check in to check out all the staff were very very polite and soft spoken specially vanita at reception. We also had dinner at their restaurent which was very very tasty in 1600 INR for 2 person. The bed was very comfortable and rooms are near and clean. The wifi was very fast. The location is right outside the katra train station. Our room was facing the mata vaishodevi bhawan and the view was great. Shopping stores and restaurants are very nearby. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit.
