Different Breakfast rooms were fantastic, the selection was good and clearly labelled. Staff were really friendly and willing to help. Nye party food selection and presentation was exquisite. Pool was clean and children play area was a bonus

This is a fantastic hotel located close to Mumbai airport, with very helpful and kind staff! I booked this for my mum a day before her return flight. She found the hotel and her room to be high quality, spacious, with great food options. The best part was the very helpful, friendly and kind staff who helped my mum organise transfers to the airport, help sort her boarding pass (since she is not IT savvy) and helped with baggage. The staff are a credit to Hilton and I would like to extend a big thank you to them for making her stay smooth and relaxing!

Clean, comfortable, and modern hotel with friendly, attentive, and professional staff. Very convenient for short stays when transferring between flights. The hotel kindly provided a great packed breakfast for my early checkout and accommodated my dietary requirements. Megha was fantastic—she helped with my luggage, assisted me with checking in for my next flight, and showed me the quickest route while helping me avoid the queues. The stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, which made a real difference to the overall experience. A special thanks to the gentleman at the reception desk who went out of his way to help me organize my final day, coordinating everything smoothly with the external car city tour provider. His assistance was greatly appreciated. I would also like to mention Firoj from housekeeping, who was exceptionally kind and attentive; noticing that I was unwell, he thoughtfully provided extra items such as tissues in addition to taking care of the room. His friendliness and consideration did not go unnoticed, and overall it was a wonderful experience with truly caring staff.

Staff was amazing. Especially, the people at the Sea Lounge during breakfast were friendly and helpful. The view was amazing. Every one was professional and did their best to make our stay memorable.
