Property is over 200yr Heritage Structure, set in Khotachiwadi. Centrally located in the heart of the city, most of the tourist & business areas are easily accessible. Furnished with antique furniture & artifacts collected over the years by James Ferreira, a renowned designer. Upstairs houses a Vintage Boutique; No Borders & Ferreira's Atelier. The family is well known for their traditional East Indian Cuisine & a traditional breakfast & other meals can be provided if booked in advance.
