The check-in was quick, As we checked in on weekdays, our rooms were given an upgrade.
The restaurant lake view was beautiful and cinic.
Had a great time in the play area and swimming pool.
The restaurant had tasty Indian 🇮🇳 food, but Chinese food was not up to the mark.
Breakfast was yummy and tasty.
Staff is good and friendly and also guides us for nearby attractions.
We felt our lungs inflate with the onrush of scenery - air, mountains, lake, trees, water, people. I thought, this is what it is to be happy.

Also too much noise in the balcony as construction going on till late hours all around the property…
Do not pay for the room with a bath tub…

We only wish there was a balcony of some sort or covered area around the pool maybe where we could sit n enjoy the rain. Location was excellent, we visited many view points. The resort too was comfortable with excellent service with a smile. Continuous power supply and wifi . But if it's raining, u r forced to sit inside your rooms . That's one thing I wish I could have sat out in a covered place n enjoyed

Beautifully located and absolutely clean.
Rooms very spacious and so also its balcony.
The chef is an asset to the hotel management. All the food though pure vegetarian was superb.

Our bedroom was so spacious and well equipped (kettle, coffee, tea, snacks, drinks, water). The breakfast is probably one of the best one we have had so far too, a good mix between buffet and à la carte (dosa, eggs, bacon, etc.)
Everyone working at the hotel was so friendly and helpful.
We personally loved the neighbourhood as it was close to Bandra (20 minutes by tuktuk) with a lot of nice restaurant, café, markets but it takes probably 1 hour to get to the main sightseeing attraction.

I was really wonderful experience. They allowed us to check-in at 11 in-spite check-in time mentioned was 2pm, along with that they upgraded our room to Executive from Economical without asking. Pool was awesome. Ambience was superb. Staff was really helping and well mannered. Food was also good. And they provided a variety of buffet breakfast. For check out also they allowed till 12 pm. Overall excellent experience.

This was our second stay at the Residency Hotel Fort, having had a two night stay back in 2019. Upon mentioning our return visit at Reception we were upgraded to a Club Room at no extra charge. Our room was comfortable, but quite small. Location of the Hotel is great. Breakfast was very good and all of the staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers
