Rooms in Tirupati

We, about 10 people, were on a pilgrimage to Tirupati from January 15-18, 2026. We had booked a place to stay at Annamaiah Guest House and Homestay in Tirupati. This was our first time staying at a homestay, so we had some doubts regarding safety in the home stay. But the owner of Annamaiah Guest House and Homestay welcomed us warmly and, regardless of the late night, prepared an apartment with excellent facilities for us to stay in, making arrangements for us to stay there. The apartment had 2 large bedrooms, a large hall, and a kitchen. All amenities were available without any problems. The water facilities, toilet facilities, and hot water facilities are all very good. Since this was our first time staying at a homestay, we only then realized that we could cook for ourselves there. That also reduced the amount of food we had to eat at the hotel. There were shops nearby to buy groceries. Since the homestay was located near the main road, we had no transportation problems. The surrounding area was also quiet and safe. So overall, our stay here was a safe, peaceful, happy, satisfying, and relaxing experience for us. On behalf of the members of our family, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to the owner of Annamaiah Guest House and Home Stay. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very helpful, polite, and supportive throughout our visit. The overall experience was smooth, and the property felt neat and welcoming.

The rooms were quite spacious, which was perfect as I was travelling with kids. The hotel felt safe, clean, and comfortable for a family stay. The hospitality was excellent. The staff were attentive and made sure all our needs were taken care of promptly. I appreciated the well-maintained rooms, peaceful ambiance, and professional service standards. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay overall.

I gave tip to the staff after luggage delivery. Surprisingly he refused to take it and said, we are professionals. I like their attitude. Then I order food for lunch for us and milk for baby. When the bill came, milk charge was not added and I inform them about it. But they said, milk is free. We went to tirumala early in the morning and we had to checkout at 12.00 in the noon. But we couldn’t arrive on time due to the que and walk for the mobile phone counter and then to take Chappels. So we got to the hotel around 1.40pm only. They had called us in between and informed us about the checkout. Even we delayed , they didn’t add any late checkout fees. Overall the stay was hassle free. Staffs were sensible and professionals. We believe hotel management trained their staffs really well. Overall they keep a good standard of communication

Thr request was for queen size bed but available was twin, which wass much smaller.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Shyam and Prasad who did an exceptional job to address all our needs. The rooms are spacious and clean. While the property is a little away from the main city it is very convenient if one has a Car. Uber access is easily available as well.

I would love to tell us about everyone. The mam who handles the reception she is so humble and helpful. Always ready to serve the people with the best they can do. I don’t remember the Sir name , who is senior citizen and look after the property he is a gentleman. He helped us in all the possible way. I was at the property for 2 days with my 2 small kids. Both are below 3. They arranged a milk for my younger one whenever requested without any hesitation. They provided each and everything what was required to stay with kids though they didn’t have that at property. Last but not the least the boys who looked after things getting from the market and the kitchen manager who himself made sure that my baby gets proper warmed milk. There is so much to say, but I would cut this shortly everyone can choose this property without a second thought.

It’s a perfect place for both families and solo travelers. I would highly recommend Vaibhav Grand to anyone looking for comfort and great service at a reasonable price. Will definitely visit again!

Very worst experience i have never seen these kind of staff. They have taken the advance breakfast booking but no kitchen its big joke for us. No parking properly, staff are really pathetic. Strongly I am advising you all if u r planing only fot staying without any expectations so that you guys can choos because they dont provide toilet kit toooo and they charged seems like 3 star hotel price.

Good option to stay with family 5- 6 members, it's kind of 2 bhk flat with all furniture, and cleanly maintained, car parking , i rate 5/5.

Apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with modern amenities. The breakfast provided each morning was fresh and tasty, and the super-fast WiFi was perfect for both work and streaming. The location was ideal—easy access to all major temples, which made our spiritual visits smooth and stress-free. The parking availability was super convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-connected, and wonderful experience. Will definitely be coming back!
