This was our second stay, beautiful setting, simple rooms at a fair price.

Nice place with friendly staff. It was good for walking about Biella. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was fine. I would stay here again.

I feel like I am their close brother abroad, visit them after long time. They are very kind.

This was a MOST comfortable stay ! The staff were SO helpful - found something I had lost and let me know immediately :) The breakfast was absolutely SUPERB - a GREAT place to stay if watching golf at Le Betulle. They remembered who we were and why we were there. Asked about our kid's progress. Next time I will try the spa which looked wonderful as well.

I loved the restaurant, the food and the service in the restaurant. The waiters were very friendly and professional. The restaurant is also beautiful! Lovely dinner, lovely breakfast!! The room was big, facing the beautiful countryside.

Clean, brand new renovations, a fantastic breakfast really as quality, variation, and quantity, elegant and shooting for glamorous with no joke. Bar with tea and coffee in the lobby. Refrigerator with bar in the room (with payment). Affordable prices. Great value for the money. Lovely staff! Successful owner!

The two bed superior apartment was an architectural delight. It was very high spec and extremely comfortable. We were very honoured to be the first guests and would definitely return A short walk into the towns to restaurants and easy access to the old town. Very comfortable, Beds and high spec bathrooms

It was a wonderful spot just outside of Biella. Very authentic, romantic, well maintained and clean. We felt very welcome and taken care of. Breakfasts were wonderful and plentiful.

Beautiful brand new property in a restored old factory. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very clean and there was a good coffee machine. Also, parking was free on the street in front of the building. All your basic needs will be covered for a quick stay.

Breakfast included in the price. The owner is very helpful and helped out whenever possible, pleasant to talk to. Very nice view from the terrace. Clean and nice furniture.

Loved being in La Piazza, the old city. Very attractive space, very clean. Had my own bath. The entire space is an apartment with two bedrooms and two baths. Daniella was very accommodating. In 10 days, I never heard and rarely saw the other people (always )women who stayed there. There were different parties who came and went.

Stefano is an amazing person and ready to help in every possible way. The place is wonderful and the view in the morning is breathtaking. Amenities are exceptional and lots of welcome treats you don’t find in lots of places.
