An amazing hotel! The staff treated us wonderfully, the views were breathtaking, and the food was incredible. Truly the best of Capri.

The service went above and beyond, as soon as we landed in Capri the entire staff went out of their way to make our trip memorable

Nice place. Great people Hotel is near to the beach and near to the center of the city. The beach is a public beach so it is not related to the hotel honestly.

Excellent location!! The Manager Antonio and the staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end. As soon as we arrived in the morning and considering our stay was for one night, they explained to us all things to do, give us the room before check in time and within minutes they helped us to book a private boat to go around the Island!!! We arrived at 9 am and at 11 am we were on the boat, nice!!! As soon as we arrived from the boat trip we found a bottle of prosecco in our room, a gift from the Manager. By the way the staff made us a reservation at Da Paolino, a great restaurant. Antonio thanks for everything!!! Will see you again.

The friendliness of the staff, location and the room was very comfortable and clean.

Very nice place; it’s decorated modernly, it’s confortable and I liked the location. Although it’s still a climb to get to Capri Town I loved the location! Very close to Marina Grande so I didn’t have to carry my luggage up the hill and at the same time I was able to do some hikes to Capri Town (and around that part of the island) and also to Anacapri. But if you’re not into hiking there’s the funiculare that takes you right from the Port into Capri and also buses to Anacapri. On top of that, the host was very helpful and sweet!

Location was close and convenient to action, but quiet. Property and room was clean, tasteful, and GORGEOUS! All staff was friendly and helpful. I could tell some are tired from a long hot season, but they still worked hard to keep guests happy and fulfill expectations. This was our first time in Italy, especially Capri, and WHEN we come back, Hotel Mamela will have our reservation! Thank you for a perfect bucket list 40th B day trip and we can’t wait to come back! The location was fantastic and having breakfast delivered in the mornings was like a fairytale. The view from our room was perfect.

We had the best stay in Sopramonte Exclusive rooms. The view and the room look even better than the pictures. Gracia was a wonderful host. We had some problem with our booking but she sorted out everything on her own. She also helped us with everything we needed from food recommendations and porterage service to and from the port to the property. 10/10 for this stay.

The hosts were amazing, hospitality was great, they were very helpful. As a family we loved everything about the hotel and we will definitely come back

The villa is located in Tiberio, an old uphill neighbourhood off the main square in Capri. The area has a tranquil, quiet atmosphere and is also close to Villa Jovis and Villa Lysis. The family that runs the villa are extremely helpful and communicative, and I loved my room facing the sunlit lemon grove on the lower level. The facilities are pristine, clean and well-appointed. I was really glad to have stayed here.

This property had relais/chateau quality charm. The entrance; the perfectly sized pool and sun terraces; the French doors; our big balcony with the stunning ocean views beyond Capri; breakfasts were superb; access to the ironing facilities in the laundry rooms. It is completely sealed off from the public by beautifully landscaped gardens. so relieved we did not air bnb!
