A family run hotel , we found all members of the staff and family to be great . The lunch and dinners were excellent and the catch of the day we loved for dinner . This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and flexible with our odd-hour plans. The thermal swimming pool area was exceptional beautiful. It was well thought of with a lot of cozy corners. anyone with any preference could find a spot that works for them. The thermal water was so clean and well maintained. The staff were constantly going around and cleaning everywhere. There was a free live music entertainment in the roof top after dinner which was exceptional. The dinner was also really delicious. They provide free parking and there is 24-hour frontdesk. I mention this, because a lot of places in Italy state that they have it, but they do not. Every floor has an extra terrace equipped with sunbeds as well, that you can enjoy anytime. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The view is uninterrupted and expansive! It’s very peaceful and quaint. The location is perfect. It’s a 3 min bus ride from the Ferry port. There is a thermal park right 5 mins from the hotel and the hotel has special discounts vouchers for it. Rooms were basic but very comfortable. Every room has a patio so you can sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast sprawling is free and they have a restaurant which serves dinner. Their dining hall has the best views and is very romantic!

Amazing location and price! The staff was so welcoming and helpful and made us feel right at home! The view from our room was beautiful and it was very clean. The location is great, it is right near the bus stop so super easy to get around the island.

Amazing location, really relaxing

Amazing place! It's even nicer than in the pictures! The staff is very friendly, the view is impressive and the pool is very nice! They even offer free shuttle bus rides to other places! The breakfast is taaasty! Have I said something about the view?!

Very friendly staff, big and clean rooms, good breakfast. Swimming pool was also very cool (altough the opening times could be longer). Breakfast was tasty.

All, Location, decoration, treats, air conditioners!! Is a beautiful apartment! No kitchen.. but i don’t go to Sorrento to cook..

I had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at the hotel. The views were wonderful and the room was spacious, clean and had a private back garden. The kitchen is well equipped. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The family managing this property are the warmest, welcoming family we've come across in all our VRBO rentals. They really care about their guests and we had a wonderful time talking with them in the evening before going to sleep. Grazie Mille Jasmine, Mariarosaria e Enzo!

Loved it all! A very nice couple that owned the place. The pool felt great to swim in. Very clean. They even let us keep our luggage for 5 hrs til we were ready to leave on the boat. It made our extra time till leaving much easier. Loved the cats too. I would so recommend staying here!!

The room was dreadful. All inter Al on a building that seems constructed by a bunch of friends, even feeling unsafe. Breakfast quite bad as week. Go somewhere else Property in the middle of nowhere and 15 20 min walk to a nice area.
