Owner's Assistance - The owner was very helpful, providing transportation for grocery shopping on the first day and assisting with transportation to the train station on the last day. The apartment is very spacious and well equiped. Very clean and with modern design. Good airconditioning. Lovely basic breakfast on the roof terrace with freshly warm baked crroiassons. The smily host is full with information and tips. Good location 3 minutes walk from the sea shore 15 minutes walk from the beaches a little bit remote from the noisy croweds of tourists.

The place is exceptional with a fantastic view of the Bay of Gaeta. It's in the center; however, the garden, swimming pool, cleanliness, and tranquility make it feel like a little cocoon. Rita was really helpful with restaurant recommendations, ordered a taxi for us, and brought us a delicious breakfast every morning to our room, which we could enjoy with a great view from our balcony.

A very tasteful newly renovated apartment with balcony and view over the roofs of the old town of beautiful Gaeta over the sea to the mountains. It's in a house in the narrow streets from the middle ages. There is a roof terrace for the gorgeous Italian breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening with a perfect view. Alessandro is a very nice and helpful host. And all that for a reasonable price. It's just some stairs from the street. We can highly recommend it.

Located on a historic street with shops and stalls - ideal for browsing. The seaside promenade with cafes etc was round the corner. The beautifully decorated studio apartment with balcony was a gem. Bathroom spacious - great. Hosts Michele and Valentina looked after us. Collected us from the station at Formia, and back again!

Absolutely stunning hotel, we got upgraded to a bigger suite with a balcony, and we both cried when we saw the view. Incredible location on a cliff overlooking the mediterranean, it was too cold unfortunately to go swim in but the pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The food was incredible, and a huuuuuge breakfast buffet that was unexpected but very necessary considering how isolated you are from everything else outside the resort.

Everything was great. The kitchen was equipped with most important things. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean, from the terrace you have an amazing view on the sunset. Around Gaeta you have many things to discover. And afterwards you can spend the rest of the fax at them beach.

Very nice small B&B style accommodation. It is basically a big apartment where 3 bedrooms are made into separate accommodation units. You share big kitchen/dining room and terrace with other guests. Very nice view from the terrace. Clean place. Good location.

Most of all, the staff - the ladies on Reception (Francesca especially) were delightful and so helpful when we decided to stay on for an extra night. The restaurant staff achieved the perfect balance between being friendly and yet professional. The beach is fantastic, the food is great, my room had a balcony with sea view - couldn't have asked for more really. The location between Gaeta and Sperlonga is perfect for visiting either town. The lifts all over the hotel made getting around so easy.

Very nice room in a safe and quiet area within the town of Gaeta. Beautiful view of the bell tower, sea and mountains from our balcony room. Staff were very accommodating with breakfast delivered to our room each morning. We would recommend!
