The room was spacious and clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water, good pressure, and very comfortable bed. Due to the May Day holiday the kitchen was not open. There is another pizza restaurant down the street that was open so we were able to get dinner and drinks. It was a bit disappointing that we were unable to take advantage of the amenities of the property. We travel by bicycle and were disappointed to not be able to get any food at the local grocery store either due to it being closed. I would recommend this property.

A lot of space, sea view, nice interior

Enchanting and well thought out from start to finish. Great breakfast, lovely location, good small spa, friendly and professional staff. We loved it!

The room was big! The style was very old but renovated so it was modern even with it's older looks. The host was very generous with breakfast and knowledge of the area. There was a neighborhood cat that greeted us every night when we came home. Great food near by.

Great location, house had everything, and more, we needed. Tomaz and Kristina are the most wonderful and generous hosts. They offered us free of charge bicycles, kayaks and helmets for cave exploration. Tomaz sent us many links about things to do in the area. Spending time with him at the Osmiza was one of the highlights of our vacation. We highly recommend Tipitapi

The apartment house is not on the farm - it is modern and gorgeous. But we were able to visit the owners’ “osmica” just up the street and see the property. The sea view from our terrace was wonderful - overlooking forests. The breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE- featuring their own products as well as nearby farms’ for things they don’t produce.

Perfect vilage experience and very kind knowledgeable owner.

Very quiet and calm place. Close to sea, but away from the crowd.
