Exceptionally friendly staff, they are a group of Argentinians always welcoming you with a smile and they create a very pleasant atmosphere. The building is well kept, squeaky clean, and in a great location just next to the sea. It features large rooms and a panoramic terrace with a magnificent view on the sea. Can't recommend it enough!

A Simple yet cosy hotel with a restaurant run by enthusiastic Mirko, not far away from the Ancona-Bari highway. Inexpensive with all that a traveler needs to pass the night and continue on his journey.

Very clean. The staff is very accessible and helpful. The dinners are excellent.

This hotel is family owned and they treat you like family. We were greeted by Peter who told us there was another American staying there and introduced us. Then Adriana the owner came out and we all sat down and talked for a while. We were served some excellent sweet wine while we talked. The location is great and the sea view from the room was awesome. Our entire stay was fabulous. We got to visit the market which was full of good stuff. Don't forget to visit the food trucks! Yum!

Loved the location and the upgrade to the beautiful room with a fantastic view of the Adriatic. Proximity to very nice and fun restaurants was great.

Wonderful beach nearby, certainly worth the 500 slippery steps down to the water. Friendly host !

good location , plenty of secured parking space ( not "parking available at the street", a real parking inside gates ), nice room , nice bathroom, Close to Ortona, Francavilla al Mare and Pescara. Close to Maiella and Grand Sasso.

This property well exceeded our expectations. Lovely staff. Beautiful accommodations. An excellent breakfast prepared by the owner. I would strongly recommend th property and the hosts. Added bonus a hot tub.

The location is superb - quiet with a wonderful view of the sea and yet not far from town. There's a lovely beach that's a short walk down the hillside. And a delightful patio that's perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon refreshment. Massimo was friendly and helpful. He has created a charming hideaway.
