Vey cute and quiet property on top of hill overlooking the sea. Just a 3 minute ride down the hill to the marina and cute restaurant, clothes store and icecream shop. There are beaches everywhere, can walk to, but was very accessible and short distances by car. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and overlooked the sea. Hosts made sure the hot tub was accessible, one reason why we booked due to cooler weather. I recommend if you like a relaxing quiet space.

We had the pleasure of being welcomed by Alberta and Franceska, who were truly exceptional hosts. I have rarely experienced such a warm and friendly reception. These two remarkable individuals deserve the highest respect and appreciation from the management. As guests from the Republic of Kosovo, where hospitality and heartfelt spirit are deeply valued, we immediately recognized and admired their genuine kindness. Incredibly charming spot, steps from the beach and with a wonderful and welcoming team ready to help make you feel like a local. Helped me rent a vespa to explore and my room felt like a local apartment studio with bright light, a balcony overloooking the garden and front, artistic ceramics, excellent breakfast and coffee.

Beautiful grounds, roses in gardens everywhere, in bloom. Great local seafood dinner at on-site restaurant, above average breakfast with large variety, comfortable beds, nice pool and beach area, friendly staff. Wonderful!

The property was in the central location of San Teodoro town. About 10 mins walk is the bus stop where you can ride beach buses going to La Cinta Beach, Spiaggia Isuledda, Cala d’Ambra and many more. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby to eat. The rooms were clean

Great location! Pleasant and polite personal. Cute interior. Cleaning and fresh towels every day... Also, I was lucky to try typical Sardinian cuisine here..

Location was wonderful for walking into town. The included breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. We arrived early and had a late departure and the staff was flexible about letting us stay to use the pool and facilities. This was a huge help for our travel schedule and much appreciated. The suite with two adjoining bedrooms was perfect for our group. The grounds and blooming flowers are well kept and a delight.

Very good hotel, clean, and the staff is very helpful. Big Pool and also good internet. Food also good in the restaurant.

Location is fantastic. Easy walk to town with many restaurant options. Beach is right there. Breakfast fantastic.

It’s a 7 minute drive from downtown San Teodoro. Convenient location right off the main highway that takes you to all the gorgeous beaches. I had a king room with view of the lagoon and ocean. Room was clean and comfortable. They also provide a decent breakfast every morning.

I loved the stay, because the Rooms are very clean, tidy and pretty. The outside is also very clean. The hotel has a pool, a beatiful egg-chair and many plants. The breakfast isn’t that much of a thing, but there is everyday something different to est.

The breakfast hostess was kind and accommodating. Parking was good and right by the building. The owner was easy to contact when I arrived later and instructions with keys were provided.

10 out of 10. everything was excellent. And the staff were very friendly and helpful!!! It was our best stay on the island.

Everything was good. But there was small cleanliness issue. Friendly manager solved it. Good place to stay.

Nice, morden, clean, super nice and friendly owner, good located if you want to visit La Cinta Beach area with a car. There are tea/coffee/small snacks in the room, if u arrive late and didn’t have dinner yet, u won’t sleep with hunger. The room is with balcany, very price-worth comparing with the other accommodation in the island. Highly recommended.

The hotel has beautiful, cozy interiors, it is very clean and the gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpful. Around 15min walk to La Cinta beach and max. 10min to the city center. Highly recommended!

Everything is new and clean, working perfectly and perfumed. The room is excellent and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is big enough with a wide shower. 5 min walk away from city center and 15 min walk from the amazing cinta beach

The room was clean and very spacious, especially the terrace. Very close to restaurants and shops (1-2 min walking distance). We walked to Cinta beach for about 25 min and to Cala D'ambra beach for about 15 min. Our host was very helpful and the fact that they can provide airport shuttle is a plus (you have to pay extra, but it's way cheaper than a taxi or Uber). We also went to other beaches, but we rent a car for that. There is a private parking area at the accommodation which helped a lot.

The staff are nice and friendly. The location is perfect, only 5 drive mins to the center and the beach. The room is spacious and comfortable. Dinner was delicious and they gave you a compliment drink and appetizer.
